Lounge/Dining
The lounge is a brightly lit room having a window to the back of the property and one to the front. There are two 2 x seater settees, TV and DVD player. Should it turn slightly chilly during your stay there is a living flame gas fireplace. At the end of the lounge is a dedicated dining area with a table capable of seating 6 persons, a sideboard and a good supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery and table linens.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer and well provided with pans, oven dishes and kitchen utensils. The back door from the kitchen opens into the enclosed garden.
Study
There is a small study room off the hall with a desk and office chair.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom to the front of the property has a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
The smaller bedroom at the back has a double bedstead, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lamp tables.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a 3-piece suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with an electric shower above. There is extensive tiling around bath and wash hand basin. Shelf, cupboard space under the washbasin and bathroom cabinet provide plenty of storage.
Outside
There is an enclosed garden area, mainly to grass at the side and back and front of the property. A small paved patio with table and garden chairs.
Fordyce Court is a small quiet, cul-de-sac and there are street parking spaces for the residents just outside the property.
General
There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating. Gas, electricity and WiFi are included in the cost of the holiday. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels and tea towels are all provided. The kitchen is well provided with washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, aluminium foil, cling film and kitchen roll and other kitchen essentials.
