The Apartment – Silvermills

Accommodation Information

This is a bright, spacious room with a large window overlooking Henderson Place Lane. Carpeted and comfortably furnished with a 3 seater (bed settee) and 2 seater settee and occasional tables. (Please note there is an extra £25 charge for the use of the bed settee for an additional person).

There is a 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR, Blu-Ray DVD player and radio with CD player

The dining table expands to comfortably seat 6. There is cutlery, china, glasses and table linen available in the sideboard.

The Kitchen has fitted wall and base units and worktops, has windows on 2 sides providing a bright and airy kitchen. There is a breakfasting table seating 5.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is fully equipped with pots and pans and crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 persons.

The master bedroom has a shower room ensuite. There is a king size bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. This bedroom has extensive fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors.

The twin room also with a spacious fitted wardrobe has 2 single divans which, on request at the time of booking, can be linked to form a super king bed.

The single bedroom is furnished as a study bedroom with a single bed.

All bedrooms are carpeted.

Most attractive bathroom with window to the side of the property. It has a 3-piece suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with power shower above. There is extensive tiling around bath and wash hand basin. Tiled floor. Wide shelf area and cupboard space under the washbasin.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small block in an exclusive development in landscaped surroundings. There is a door security entry system. The flat has its own lockable garage within a small courtyard adjacent to the block.

There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating. Gas, Electricity and WIFI are included in the cost of the holiday. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels and tea towels are all provided. The kitchen is well provided with washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, aluminium foil, cling film and kitchen roll and other kitchen essentials.
