Entry
The street door from Skene Terrace has a security entrance system. The apartment is situated on the first floor to the rear of the building . It is accessed by hardwood door leading into athe hallway
Living Area
The apartment has a lounge, dining area and kitchen organised into an open plan living space.
The Lounge
The Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, occasional tables, Digital TV and BluRay DVD player/recorder.

The Dining Area
The Dining Area is furnished with a dining table seating 4. Good quality china, cutlery, table linen and place mats are provided.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is extremely well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and cooking equipment and utensils.

Bedrooms
The apartment will sleep upto 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.

Bathroom Room
A newly refurbished bathroom with spower shower, WC and WHB in a fitted vanity unit.
Parking
Being in the city centre, metered car parking is available in the streets close to the flat and there is a multi storey car park nearby. We have one free parking space a 5 minute walk from the apartments. As this serves all our apartments it has to be booked and there is a refundable £40 key deposit.
General Information
The apartment has gas central heating heating and plenty of hot water. WIFI is included in the price and all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided as are kitchen foil, cling film and kitchen roll.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and juice is also provided.
