Flat 1 – Skene Terrace Apartments
Entry The street door from Skene Terrace has a security entrance system. The apartment is situated on the ground floor to the front of the building (please note there are 5 internal steps up to the flat). It is accessed by hardwood door with glazed panel leading into a small vestibule fitted with coat hooks. All rooms are accessed from the hallway.
Living Area The apartment has a lounge, dining area and kitchen organised into an open plan living space.
The Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, occasional tables, Digital TV and DVD player.
The Dining Area is furnished with a cirular dining table seating 4. Good quality china, cutlery, table linen and place mats are provided.
The Kitchen is extremely well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and cooking equipment and utensils.
Bedrooms The apartment will sleep upto 4 people. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The single bedroom can be converted to a twin with an additional pullout bed – however this does limit space and storage in this bedroom. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.
Shower Room A newly refurbished shower room with shower, WC and WHB in a fitted vanity unit.
Parking Being in the city centre, metered car parking is available in the streets close to the flat and there is a multi storey car park nearby. We have one free parking space a 10 minute walk from the apartments. As this serves all our apartments it has to be booked and there is a refundable £40 key deposit.
General Information The apartment has gas central heating heating and plenty of hot water. WIFI is included in the price and all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided as are kitchen foil, cling film and kitchen roll.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and juice is also provided.
