Accommodation Information

The Lounge is a spacious room with 3 piece suite, digital TV, DVD player and Radio/CD player.

Dining Room with picture windows overlooking the secluded garden. The dining table, seating 6, has china, cutlery and linen for entertaining. There is a bookcase with a selection of books and paperbacks, board games and puzzles .

Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with pots and pans and crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 persons.

Utility room off the kitchen has a sink and washer/dryer. An outer door leads to patio and garden.

Double bedroom with views over the garden. This room is furnished with a pine bedstead, pine bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. There is a fitted wardrobe providing ample storage space.

Triple Bedroom is a spacious room across the width of the house with windows to the front and rear. There are 3 single beds. Storage is provided by chest of drawers and 2 fitted wardrobes.

Single Bedroom has a window overlooking the side of the property. This room has a large single/small double bed (4') which is provided with a double duvet. There is hanging and drawer space.

Bathroom situated on the ground floor, has WC, wash hand basin, corner bath with electric shower over and heated towel rail.

Cloakroom with WC and hand rinse basin.

Garden is a large west-facing, secluded garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue and ornamental pond (please note if you have very young children this pond is not enclosed).

General There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating. Electricity and heating,  bed linen and towels, broadband and WIFI are included in the cost of the holiday.  Cot and high chair are available on request at time of booking. An assortment of paper backs, puzzles and board games are available for guests.

There is a single garage and room for additional parking at the front of the house.
